How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, double-walled mailers and include extra cardboard stiffeners to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition. For high-value items, we recommend requesting that we ship the vinyl outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits.
What is the difference between New and Used grading on your site?
New items are factory sealed or unplayed stock direct from labels. Used items are graded according to the Goldmine Standard, with detailed descriptions provided for the condition of both the media and the sleeve.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into their country.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a record with a manufacturing defect or significant damage not noted in the description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you have multiple open orders that have not yet shipped, contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to combine them and refund the excess shipping costs.
