Hirax returned in 1986 to deliver us their second album "Hate, Fear and Power". A faster, more intense, more relentless speed metal release than their debut. "Raging Violence". Hirax, rejuvenated with the addition of the formidable Eric Brecht on drums, the speed and intensity was kicked up a notch across the board.
