Automated Execution from Austin, Texas brings us some raw D-beat hardcore punk with growling vocals, guitar that is on the attack, and drum and bass that really hammer the point home. Most of the songs hit you hard and are over in one to one-and-a half minutes. This is a really good demo tape. The band is fully formed and plays as a cohesive unit. Raw hardcore sounds better to me than overproduced slick punk played by people trying to make it big; this is real punk.
