At Sorry State Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your haul, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, sealed condition. If you receive a defective pressing or a damaged record, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your item is within the 30-day return window and remains in its original, unplayed condition with the shrink wrap intact unless reporting a pressing defect.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Pack the records securely in a dedicated cardboard mailer to prevent corner dings or seam splits during transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 3-5 business days.
